AUTOMATED 8, 10 & 14 COLOR CAROUSEL PRESSES
Fourteen, Ten and Eight color, state of the art, M & R Carousel Presses support production runs of varied sizes and complexities.
IMAGE EVALUATION, COLOR CORRECTION & CUSTOM COLOR SEPARATIONS
We specialize in reproduction of complex artworks on garments. Image evaluation toward optimal color separation, including four color process, CYMK, simulated four color process for both light and dark garments, spot color and index color separations.
CONVENTIONAL & WATERBASE INK SYSTEMS
We offer a wide variety of ink systems and the expertise to recommend the best inks for your projects.
EMBROIDERY DIGITIZING & PRODUCTION
Our embroidery department is supported by 15 color, multi-head and single head embroidery machines, as well as specialized machines for application processes. Expert, custom digitizing assures superior results.
PRIVATE LABELING & RE-LABELING
We offer application of custom labels, with/without removal of original, source-direct labels. Fabric labels may be sewn into all types of garments, hats, bags and accessories or custom labels may be printed into garments and other products.
AUTOMATED FOLDING, TAGGING & PACKAGING
Packaging services include folding and sealing in plastic bags. We also make custom boxes and custom plastic bags with you logo on them. Custom labels are available to include specific information such as barcodes.
